Shipments are made from Monday through Friday only and not during holidays. Orders taken before 10:00 AM EST will very likely ship that day as long as the item ordered is in our inventory. If an order is placed and then, for any reason refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost of that order.
All orders will be shipped via UPS whether by ground or expedited. A shipping confirmation will be e-mailed to you as soon as your order leaves our facility. This will allow you to track your order's status. It can also be tracked by contacting UPS directly at www.ups.com and providing them with the tracking number. At the present time, we cannot ship outside of the contiguous United States.
Orders shipped via UPS Ground will be at no charge. Expedited 1 day, 2 day or 3 day shipping will be charged at the best rate available obtained from our shipping company. We are happy to say that we can ship to post office boxes and to APO/FPO addresses. If a package is shipped as a gift, there will not be an invoice in the box. If you select to ship by this method, a personal message can be included to the recipient up to 24 characters
